Where to find Overture Keywords

Posted: April 30, 2003

Overture PPC makes it very easy to add keywords to an account if you are not sure where to start.

They have an ‘Overture Search Term Suggestion Tool’, which allows you to see how often a word was searched in the previous month. Each keyword is also clickable to drill down in the results to see more related keywords. If a word is not searched a minimum number of times in a month, the keyword will not be added to the Overture keyword suggestion tool.

In your Overture control panel, go to mange products, then to add listings. Here you will have access to the keyword suggestion tool. When a keyword appears you would like to bid for, just add it to your list of terms.

While it is easy to find keywords searched often at Overture, it is not easy to find related keywords that don’t include your exact starting keyword. For finding related keyword information, and finding keywords outside of Overture, please read the Creating Your Own Pay Per Click Account, Keyword Research Page.
